Vietnam Visa Information

　
I. Warning :
Visitors must hold onward/return ticket, proof of sufficient funds to
cover the duration of their stay in Vietnam & documents required for 
their next destination. If not, they may be refused entry. Undertaking
remunerative activities or taking up employment is strictly prohibited.
II. Visa required, except for :
1. nationals of Vietnam, who is holding re-entry permit.
2. nationals of the following countries :
Cuba official passport holders; P R China and Hungary diplomatic or
service passport holders.

III.

 Transit without visa :
Visitors are holding ticket with confirmed seats and other documents

for their onward journey and continuing their journey to a third
country in the same airport within 8 hours.

IV.

 Health :
No vaccinations are required to enter Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City, 
Vietnam from any country.

V.

 Vietnam visa application information for all countries, except for
above nationals :
1. travel document at least 6 months validity; 
2. 2 piece photo within 3 months;
3. working days are subject to your type of visa;

4.

 application with personal information.

VI.

 Visa type :
1. Single entry visa;   5 working days;
2. Double entry visa;   7 working days;
3. Multi-entry for 3 months;   15 working days;
4. Multi-entry for 6 months;   15 working days;
5. Urgent single visa;   3 working days;
6. Top urgent single visa;   2 working days;
7. Landing single visa;   3 working days. 
Tourist or business visa are the same documents that are enclosed to
apply visa.
All type of visas effect from the date of entry.
Single & double entry visas are valid for one month from the date
of entry. After visa has been issued, visa validity cannot
be changed.
